The bed was comfortable, and the room was large enough for two. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I really liked the provided toiletries, and the large shower head and hot water were great. I was on the 18th floor in a corner room so it was nice and quiet.

Excellent property, rooms are good size and updated, and staff is very helpful and friendly. While location may not be the highest traffic area for traditional tourist areas, this worked perfect for us. Blocks from ferry terminal and subway and very close to the seaport. We used to live in NY so this was a great find and suited us well. Very fairly priced, especially for NYC Valet parking was also done well.

The aesthetic of the whole hotel - the design is soooo good. The lobby smell. The welcome drink and free nespresso coffee. The restaurant and their options. The shower gels/lotion. I loved this hotel and will be back!

The hotel is the perfect location for Seaport attractions and financial district. and close to subway. The room we choose was a King Deluxe and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and loved the style as well. Furnishings are beautiful. The bed was comfy but pillows could have offered at least one firm option (luckily I brought one of my own). Breakfast was served at Hotel restaurant, Felice, and it was exceptional. It was very nice to have breakfast before going out for the day.

The staff was amazing! Super engaging, friendly, and courteous. Delilah and Rob were both so awesome. I had an issue with my credit card initially. I was stressing out because I grabbed an expired credit card, and my new card was left at home. Eventually, we got it sorted, but they were very kind and empathetic, which during a very stressful time was welcomed. They handled the situation very professionally but also were very personable. The location was great. The guys at the door were always courteous and friendly, ready to answer question and provide suggestions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gild Hall, and look forward to our next visit. Every one of the staff was magnificent, we had many interactions, whether help with the free fancy coffee machine, finding and mailing an important letter that I had left in the room. Incredible professionalism, natural humor and genuine welcome - the list goes on and this is our new 'go to' when in NY. Appreciated the lower floor fabulous rooms with tall ceilings and comfy lounge chair.

Very nice hotel in the Financial centre. Easy to reach by subway station Fulton St. The premium deluxe king room is worth the money (room with very high ceilings, gives a feeling of space, air). The lobby is very nice with free coffee and tea between 6.30 and 11 am. The staff at the desk are very friendly and helpful. The cleaning is thorough and the cleaning ladies do a very good job. Fully recommend this hotel!
